@lufthansa my luggage wasn’t put on my flight, LH1130 FRA-> BCN. The site says it’s still waiting to be loaded, 10 hours later. I cannot get an update on when my luggage will be delivered. I’m in a foreign country with no luggage and no way to get an update. #worstcustomerservice
