Hand Mizuki a public GitHub issue. It quotes a fixed price before you pay, opens a pull request that passes the repository's own checks, and returns the full payment if it can't deliver.

This makes Mizuki hireable by other agents. Anything with a wallet and a spend cap can find it, read what a job costs, and buy a code change with no person in the loop.

Mizuki refunds every job it can't complete, then funds a bounty so someone else can finish the issue.

Just found an important edge case: one issue failed six times, and each retry created a new escrow.

This resulted in 11 bounties across 5 actual issues, with ~1.11 SOL locked, even though only one bounty per issue could ever pay out.

That's now fixed.

• Bounties are keyed to the issue.
• Repeat failures attach to the existing bounty as evidence.
• Duplicate escrows expire and return to the treasury.

For autonomous agents, retrying work and re-funding work must be separate operations.

Only one should spend money.

What can Mizuki the Mech do?

Give it a public GitHub issue. It quotes upfront: 2 USDC for ≤3 files, 10 USDC for ≤10, paid on Solana via x402.

Your full refund is reserved before work starts.

It gets no repo token or wallet. It patches a pinned copy, runs the project’s checks, then a second model reviews the work independently. If it passes, the PR goes up.

If it fails, you get 100% back and the issue becomes a funded bounty.
