@TwitchSupport i tried but apparently my new number is invalid when filling out the little form for authy. Is there no possibility for twitch yourselves just to change my 2FA to email? Then i can verify my account that wag to gain access again please

@TwitchSupport can i get some help please, i sent a twitch ticket a week ago and ive heard nothing.

I need help getting into my account because I cant receive 2FA texts so im locked out.

@TwitchSupport So if i contact authy they will be able to change my 2FA number for my twitch account so im able to log in is that right? As i have an authy account I just dont have the option to use it to log in with twitch.

@TwitchSupport No problem and no so I have sms 2FA on my account at the moment however i logged out of the account then realised i dont have the same phone number its linked to anymore. So im unable to connect authy either, i just need to somehow change my 2FA to email so i can access it.
