-Use with caution in kidney disease
-14 day course, can extend if immunocompromised
-If HIV+ check for drug interactions

-Tunga penetrans(female sand flea) AKA chigger/jigger
-Flea feeds (often under toenails/between toes) and lays eggs, eggs expelled thru host's skin
-Inflammation, itching, pain; nodular lesions with black center
-Tx - remove flea
