20 y/o M from South Sudan, feels well. Screening QFT+ (CXR neg), +strongy IgG, +schisto IgG; HIV/viral heps negative. S/p albendazole, on rifampin for LTBI (4 weeks left). LFTs up (50s), RUQ US w/ early periportal fibrosis. Treatment? Comment your follow up plan.
