@Constitution_94 @Abramjee Item C you have highlighted is an ADDITIONAL charge. You need to have complex corruption as an initial charge AND THEN ADD item C. Item C CANNOT be a stand alone charge that can be pursued by IDAC. You ADD it on other charges under item A.
