-Today when l was doing my 21 KM ,l had the privilege to run with this madhala,a senior executive in one of these banks in the investments department
-He asked me which field is of great interest to me and l told him how l love finance and banking
-He then said,things have changed but that field used to be fire 🔥
-when he finished college he only went to one interview that was in 1998
-From there he never went for any interview,he will just get called to go to the next company and start work with better packages
-He explained that life was good
-He bought his first house at 25 before he even got married
-His friend who got to work for a Discount house actually bought two houses in Greendale at 23 years!

He then shared something l thought l would share with you guys

-Most people of his age who made money when they were young died or are now broke
-The sad reality is when things are moving so nicely it’s very few people who have the character to realize that it might not last forever
-He said some didn’t manage the money well,like that friend who bought 2 houses at 23
-He started womanizing and he got a lot of kids and when the economy started to sink he never recovered financially,divorce cases,maintainance etc swept him
-When you start to make money you will be able to finance all your passions,evil and good ones
-It’s then wise to marry early and settle with someone who is level headed and you start building together
-He said that they also made a mistake of then not upgrading their skills when they were still young because they thought they have arrived.
