[WANTED SUSPECTS] On the 28th of November 2024, both accused were granted bail of R 20 000 each by the Brakpan Magistrate Court with conditions that each accused must not leave the Republic of South Africa and the Province of Gauteng pending finalisation of the matter. Both accused must report to the Brakpan Police station once a week on a Sunday with effect 01/12/24. The matter was then reminded to the 25th of February 2025 for further investigation.

Both accused, Joacham Chivayo and Brian Gungwa failed to appear in court after they were released on bail until the Brakpan Magistrate court warrants of arrest on 11th March 2025.

Warrants of arrest issued for both accused. Both accused are circulated as wanted suspects.
