For the life of me, how does the .@MTA make any money to play its workers? At least 4 out of 10 are not paying to ride buses and subways, from my observation. There is fair fares for those who cannot afford it. #Paythefare

Noticed lately .@MTA train schedule on the 4 line is 10 minutes apart and a train directly behind during rush hour on a weekday. This is really not helping. 5 minutes between trains should be the norm, not 10 minutes, then 2 minutes, then 10 mins.
