Kejriwal rejected d release petition of Prof. Bhullar who has been continuously tortured both physically n mentally over years n no one talks about human rights when it comes to Sikhs who hv spent their youth in Indian jails while being kept illegally.

40 years ago, a preplanned attack by the Indian army named “Operation Blue Star” was executed against one of the Sikh’s holiest places of worship the Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib) on one of the holiest of days. Thousands of innocent men, women and children were horrifically killed. Although they intended to destroy the community, Sikhs have grown stronger over the years and every generation. #NeverForget1984 #1984SikhGenocide

It’s a clever tweet to promote your upcoming movie Emergency, Ms @KanganaTeam.
Anyhow, the shameful act of cowardice by that chosen leader of democracy, who clamped Emergency too, was her diktat to attack Akal Takht sahib on a Gurpurab day with lot of unarmed innocent pilgrims losing their lives.
And she had kept Sikh bodyguards to show a subservience and an acceptance of Op Blue Star by the Sikhs.
But was sadly mistaken.
She would have never ever believed the dare of two common sepoys belonging to poor marginalised communities, when actually she had decimated their Akal Takht sahib with a loyal Sikh Gen leading, a loyal Sikh President and a loyal Sikh cabinet minster.
On Oct 31st millions of Sikhs celebrate the actions of Shaheeds (martyrs) Beant Singh and Satwant Singh, who assassinated Indira Gandhi in 1984, ending her tyrannical reign as India's Prime Minister, which included beginning the #SikhGenocide and deceitfully sterilizing millions.
Genocide of Sikhs in November 1984 should never be forgotten. It's a scar on the face of India, the largest Secular Democracy. Lessons need to be learnt by Sikhs and all justice loving Indians. Let this never happen to any minority in our society.
Today is my brother and sister-in-law's 6th wedding anniversary.
Our whole family should be celebrating today. Instead, it’s a reminder of how long it’s been since my brother was snatched away from us.

BBMB has been facing criticism over the flood situation in Punjab. Both the Bhakra and Pong dams are full one month ahead. Could the flood have been avoided with a more regulated release of water?
@IndianExpress talked to BBMB chairman & and secretary…

NDP leader @theJagmeetSingh wrote to Public Safety minister of Canada and expressed the concerns of Canadian Sikhs. Sikhs were expecting that elected Sikh politicians and other politicians in Canada will openly condemn the brutal killing of a Canadian citizen, an unanimously selected president of a known Gurdwara Sahib, on Canadian soil but their silence on this issue is worrisome and troubling.
Sikh activist from UK, S. Avtar Singh Khanda has passed away in mysterious condition. His close associates were thinking he has blood cancer, while from last 15 hours Indian media was reporting that he has been poisoned. Meanwhile few handles indirectly taking responsibility.
THE HUMBLE ACTIVIST
Severely targeted by the Indian media and continuously demonised with fake stories by an army of Indian Twitter bots, Bhai Avtar Singh Khanda was the humble activist who calmly took it all in his stride.
Bhai Sahib passed away earlier today in Birmingham…
