This membership-approved Constitutional amendment, introduced by the Calendar & Contact Ad Hoc Committee, will expand summer coaching contact for all WIAA-sanctioned sports.

Under this amendment, coaches and team members may now voluntarily assemble without restriction from June 1–30 and July 7–31. Note: Football coaching contact must conclude one week prior to the start of fall practice.

There will be no sport-specific coach contact permitted from July 1–6. #WIAAAnnualMeeting2025

This approved Constitutional amendment will require an ejected spectator to complete the free, online NFHS Sportsmanship course available at https://t.co/qaRPYz7wNY and submit verification to school officials before attending any future home athletic events.
