On Monday, January 28th after 9pm on southbound MoPac, the right lane will be closed from 35th Street to Westover Road and the Westover Road off-ramp will be closed. The northbound Express Lane will also be closed. The closures will end by 5am on Tuesday morning. #ATXTraffic
