In the first update since Friday, @Mizzou reports 280 new student cases Tuesday. That's with limited holiday weekend testing site hours. 658 cases are currently active, 444 are considered "recovered". There's been 1,102 student cases reported since August 19th.

Inbox: UM Sytem President & @Mizzou Chancellor @Munychoi4545 could face a lawsuit after blocking a number of users on Twitter. A letter requesting he unblock all accounts says it violates the First Amendment. It threatens to take him to court if the university doesn't respond.

• A tuition freeze
• 50% tuition reduction for classes that are virtual for the Fall Semester
• Refund and waive all summer fees and late cancellation fees for housing contracts
