1)Would you give this patient any organ support

2) If yes , how many failing organs would you support

3) How far are you willing to go to support those failing organ(s)

@lithohlr @AV_Medic As Mr Ratan mentioned there are a number of little tricks that can make 'difficult' catheters easy. My top tip for male catheters is to place enough traction on the penis by pulling it right up which straightens the bulbar urethra.
