@assersedits2 I'm not saying this is the precise reason one should boycott I just feel like it's a depiction that summarizes everything & speaks for itself and conveys the scene accurately ๐
@assersedits2 Is it? I still think this ugly rubbish should not be associated with the logo or name of the team representing the country.
This is clear sabotage & disrespect
Hypereosinophilia can cause a variety of different stroke syndromes.
#1 Most common = Watershed infarcts (case below)
1โฃ Not due to hypotension or carotid disease.
1โฃ Mechanism unclear, but might relate to some combination of vascular inflammation & eosinophil-platelet aggregates.
#2 Cardioembolic strokes
2โฃ Due to endocardial thrombi (Loeffler endocarditis).
2โฃ Widely distributed in a typical cardioembolic pattern.
Other stroke patterns are less common:
- Single large territorial infarct
- Lacunar & deep perforator infarcts
- Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis
Take-home messages:
๐ฅก Eosinophilia >1.5 k/uL is defined as hypereosinophilia. This is unlikely to be due to allergy and requires investigation.
๐ฅก Always get a CBC *with* differential (otherwise you will miss this). It's more effective to be systematic than smart.
๐ฅก Eosinophils are angry cells that can wreak havoc on the cerebral vasculature through a variety of mechanisms. Hypereosinophilia of any etiology can cause end-organ damage, including stroke.

@H1211857760@assersedits2 I don't have to & will not support intentional mismanagement & negligence. You can address those in charge who have tarnished the name of the country for narrow personal gains, & those who allowed them to continue to do so for decades.
@assersedits2 That's a wild metaphor to use lol
I recognize your point, what I'm saying is that they're still entitled to their opinion, given the decade + of mismanagement & negligence, there has to be dissent at least, for some positive direction to happen, as a counter argument.
