@SalfordCCHelp yesterday a street sweeper came along Guildford Road M6 (even number side) but failed to do our side of the street - seems odd! How do I request a clean on our side (odd numbers) which is covered in dog mess and rubbish from the bin collections last week?

@BeeNetwork is there a problem with the app today? Yesterday I could click on each bus and see exactly where it was - proper tracking - today I can’t and it’s not actually showing the tracking info.

@BeeNetwork Last night - 1030pm opposite Victoria station. All buses going out of town appearing on app then disappearing on a different route ie 67/100 going through NQ. Lots of ppl at stop waiting with no clue!

@BeeNetwork how about telling people buses will divert away from Victoria station rather than us just having to watch them drive in the opposite direction on the app - nothing showing online about this!

@BarclaysUKHelp why has my Barclays banking app completely signed me out, and is asking me to re-register as if I’ve never used it before? Has there been an app update you’ve not told customers about/to expect?

@BeeNetwork And handily you have 2x67 and 2x100 in a row, having missed out pretty much every stop in town, with no other buses due for 30 mins or so, just an absolute mess of a service. But hey 3x8 buses been by, they are not on diversion 🤦‍♀️

@BeeNetwork why is the app showing all 67/100 buses diverted around Deansgate? Loads of ppl waiting for a bus which is missing out most of the city centre and you don’t tell anyone?

@BeeNetwork tell the driver of the 35 bus which just passed Salford cathedral toward Manchester that 4 ppl waving wildly means he needs to stop, not pull up behind another bus then overtake the bus we didn’t need. What a joke

@BeeNetwork It’s 24 October today and the 100 bus STILL turning left down Weaste Lane post 7pm! Yet yesterday the buses did not! What’s going on?

@BeeNetwork are 67/100 buses still on diversion down Eccles Old Road after 7pm? Last wk I got off at the junction of Weaste Ln for the bus to continue down Eccles Old Rd/normal route but last night the bus went on diversion. Both just past 7pm. Roadworks look finished 🤷‍♀️

@Nespresso why is your UK and Ireland “help” phone line not working? Just an automated message saying “due to unforeseen circumstances our lines are closed” when will they be open again? Highly frustrating!
