Capitalism is religion.
Banks are churches.
Bankers are priests.
Wealth is heaven.
Poverty is hell.
Rich people are saints.
Poor people are sinners.
Commodities are blessings.
Money is God.

🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez were married under a "separation of financial assets" system, according to their marriage certificate.
9am: “Marriage is slavery for women”
10am: “I have told my boyfriend if you don’t marry me this year, you are a time waster”
11am: “You don’t need to have money to marry a woman. As long as you are working, any amount a man makes is ok”
12noon: “If you don’t make enough money to take good care of a woman, why exactly do you want to marry?”
1pm: “I am willing to support a man as a woman but it is his job to provide”
2pm: “Money is not everything to women; what matters is seeing that our man is doing something.”
3pm:, “But my money is my money and his money is our money”
4pm: “We have a heart of gold and we don’t care about money at all”.
5pm: “However I will not do 50/50 or 70/30 with any man. I can only support with whatever I have. I cannot promise any percentage to a man from my salary”

Listening to Nigerian babes on social media is a dangerous sport.
There is something that is killing our generation with respect to inter-gender relations. That is strength or the need to be seen as strong.
In projecting strength, many of you have desensitised yourselves from emotional attachment and vulnerability. In extreme instances, you become toxic. That is not healthy.
It is okay to be kind. It is okay to be nice. It is okay to be considerate. It is okay to have affection. It is okay to say "I love you." It is okay to say "I miss you." It is okay to apologize. It is okay to be vulnerable. You cannot love without being naked on all plane.
Kindness and compassion are not weakness. Consideration is not weakness. You are not a sucker for being honourable, for having integrity and for treating others with respect. Let's not destroy the fabric of society by losing our humanity. We need each other.
In every sphere of human relationship, there is an acceptable code of conduct. Please have healthy value system and stick to them.

Importantly, don't take people's grace and kindness for granted. Nobody is stupid for loving you, for treating you with respect, for being vulnerable with you, for forgiving you, for being nice. Returning a person's kindness towards you with a negative attitude is witchcraft. Do better! The relationships in our lives should inspire us to want to be better because we owe it to these people to do right by them. Nobody can do life alone. We are each other's life raft.

1. Search a recent graduate trainee recruitment advert of Shell and see the eligibility requirements
2. If you think you have or can still have the requirements, watch out and start preparing for their next recruitment
3. Once you see their next advert, apply [Bad news: At least 5,000 will apply, less than 30 will eventually get in]
4. If you are competitive (or lucky) enough to get in, be very good at your job and get an internal sponsor within few years (one highly respected oga that will not only mentor you but will also mention your name in rooms)
5. In most cases, you know how far you will go within first few years. The company recognises special talents and put them on executive pipeline early in their career to groom them for leadership positions.
6. Only a very few will get near this level. Careers of many people plateau in international oil companies after about 15 years. There is a ceiling. Only super exceptional employees go beyond that ceiling.
7. Finally, consider whether Shell (or other IOCs) will still exist in Nigeria as we know them now in 20 years' time.
Mrs Elohor Aiboni is the new Country Chair of Shell Companies in Nigeria.
She studied Chemical Engineering in UNIBEN and graduated in 1999, before joining Shell in 2002, rising through the ranks to now become #1 person in Shell Nigeria, first female to rise to that position.
Someone on your timeline needs to see this.

Hi, I’m Tife. 👋🏽
I know we haven’t met yet, so let me introduce myself.
A few months ago, I decided to transition into AI automation, and it’s easily one of the best decisions I’ve made.
Today, I’m an AI Automation Specialist helping agencies and businesses automate lead management, CRM workflows, and internal operations using AI-powered systems.
I’ve been building with tools like n8n and other AI technologies to create automations that solve real business problems and improve productivity.
As I continue to grow in this field, I’ll be sharing what I’m learning, the projects I’m building, and the lessons I pick up along the way.
Whether you’re curious about AI, exploring automation, or looking for ways to streamline your business, I hope you’ll find something valuable here.
Looking forward to connecting with you all. 🤍
