A meeting of the Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI) was held today in Parliament, New Delhi, under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Union Minister for Heavy Industries & Steel, Shri @hd_kumaraswamy. The meeting was attended by Hon’ble Members of Parliament, Shri Kamran Rizvi, Secretary, MHI, along with senior officials of MHI, NITI Aayog, and CPSEs.

During the meeting, the Hon’ble Minister highlighted that, under the visionary leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, India is transitioning towards a sustainable future. Viksit Bharat@2047 is a comprehensive roadmap to transform India into a manufacturing and high-value export hub, and a key player in global supply chains. He reiterated the vision of Make in India, Make for the World and appreciated BHEL’s contribution to nation-building.
