The latest @IPCC_CH report is more than alarming enough on its own. It is however a calm explanation of the outcome of a reduced, predicted 1.5 degree best case temp rise (fires, storms, floods, dead coral reefs etc by 2040). This fantastic piece explains more likely outcomes.
