Blessed to live in a time where you can post a few YouTube Shorts a day and earn more than you ever would after completing uni and spending 20 years working in the corporate world.
This is what 3 years of building a community actually looks like.
I started Earnit Media in late 2023.
Beginning of 2024 I had barely any members inside.
I was still often doing weekly calls by myself just waiting for somebody to join.
By 2025 we grew a lot, so I did the first meetup in Poland where 18 people members flew in.
Last week we did our 2nd meetup in Cyprus, with nearly double the amount of people.
(Group pic doesn't have everyone in it)
It's always been a dream of mine to do cool things like this so for it to come into fruition is such a blessing.
As for the meetup itself, sooo much stuff happened, everything from:
- @WonderfulJohnx gifting me a Rolex, still can't believe it
- Members giving all the coaches crazy surprise gifts
- Everyone going on a yacht for the first time and getting leathered together lol
- Missions to cross a border into territory where no one had service for miles, to meet our boys @Moeben_ and @Christoffernzm
- Countless sauce conversations with the top Shorts creators
The list goes onnn, you'll be able to watch what we got up to when I post the meetup video.
But another thing that was great to see was the amount of new friendships and partnerships that came out of this.
It was always the goal to bring like-minded people from all over the world together in 1 place.
It's something I always wanted as I come from a small town in England where nobody runs an online biz, let alone does YouTube Shorts for a living.
So to have this circle of killers who do the same thing as you + have the same sense of urgency and ambition...
Achieving new heights is basically guaranteed.
I always say Earnit is the number 1 YouTube Shorts community.
This is proof.
To see everyone wearing the merch, getting excited for their custom awards, throwing up the Earnit sign... man life is crazy.
There is nobody doing it like us and this is just the beginning.
I will remember this forever.
Thank you to everybody who cameβ€οΈ
Earnit on top.
24h ago I uploaded a YouTube video on my channel to try and get more attention on the demonetization of my channel. It's already at 30k views and 400 comments
So let's post it here as well
So after 10 years on YouTube, over 70 million views & 250,000 subscribers, @TeamYouTube has demonetized our entire channel with no warning.
Apparently for inauthentic content, which makes no sense because everything we post is animated by hand & takes days / weeks.
This sucksβ¦
Update: YouTube has now changed the reason for demonetizing Tricked Entertain from "inauthentic content" to "reused content."
This makes even less sense.
Here's exactly how every video is made:
Scripts written from scratch by me.
Our main character was designed and built by one of our own animators with our own logo on it
Videos hand-animated in 3D Blender by our animators nothing AI-generated, nothing automated
Editing handled by a dedicated editor who builds every clip and sound design by hand
6 full-time people working on one channel
How is that reused content?
@TeamYouTube the appeals process rejected us within hours. Twice.
We understand YouTube is trying to filter out AI slop. But in the process, you're taking down original creators who have poured everything into building something real on your platform only to get wiped out overnight with no real recourse.
Six people are on the verge of losing their jobs because of this.
Give us the human review that creators on this platform actually deserve.
> Built a team of 40 people
> We create minecraft videos, 100% by the rules
> YouTube has started demonetizing us for "Inauthentic Content"
> It takes 8-10 hours to make just one video
> 3 of our channels have already been hit
> Not only do you lose your income - YouTube also takes back the money you already earned last month
> Now I have to fire the whole team and destroy everything I've built over the last 4 years
This is the reality of running a YouTube business in 2026.
