Stanbic hires regularly for experienced hires. I’m not sure about their graduate trainee but if you have experience and actively looking, check the link in my comments.

Another thing to note is that you will be scheduled for their Odyssey test if you qualify for any of their roles. This is a competency test for the role which you apply for.

They also run a pool system which means even if you don’t get hired, they store your data and reach out to you when there is an opening for another role that matches your skills.

They have reached out to me twice for Business Analyst roles in the past one year.
