In the UK, @ubereats_uk is probably the biggest delivery scam with worse customer service. A normal order delay of 45 mins is “acceptable” and if you cancel an order because it’s delayed and the driver ignored your messages or calls, you still pay for it. What a joke.
The reality of being an @eAndUAE customer. My account is frozen, can’t do anything… due to an “open request” for an extra bundle as part of my plan benefits, I can’t use my eSIM on my Apple Watch, I can’t do anything with my account. Since September 30th (1/2)
@eAndUAE The complaints have been on the system for be 4 days, 2 store visits and 11 calls and all your solutions was “escalating to IT”. I’ve honestly had it.
