Never leave the Almighty out of the equation. On bad days, trust Him. On good days, glorify Him. On difficult and confusing days, seek His help. Remember, He is always there for you. He will provide for you and protect you. He won’t forsake you.

RIP Thomas Hurndall (1981-2004)

Its 17 years since Tom died. He was shot in the head by a sniper from the Israeli Forces whilst trying to guide Palestinian children to safety in the Gaza strip. Tom was left in a coma and died 9 months later on 13 Jan 2004. Rest in Power 🇵🇸

John Oliver breaks down the “both sides” argument used to sanitize and justify Israel’s oppression of Palestinians. Would’ve loved for this to be the main segment of the episode & shared on YouTube, but still greatly appreciated. Thank you @iamjohnoliver!

Pray for others. Pray when you feel hopeless. Pray when you feel hopeful. Pray under all circumstances. Prayer is powerful. Pray and let the Almighty do the rest. He’s Omnipotent. He knows. He hears. He sees. He cares. You’re never alone. He’s always there for you.

"I'm just ten...look at these children around me. Why would you send a missile to kill them?"

Allah's curse be on the wrongdoers.

Almighty. Our final moments of this blessed month have been marred by what’s going on in #Palestine and #Gaza. We pray for their safety. May peace and calm be restored. May You alleviate their suffering and all those going through similar scenarios the world over. Aameen .

Wow American journalists can call him out for what he is to his face. UK journalists what stops you?

[Mufti Menk @muftimenk]

Almighty. Our world is broken and hurting. Too much is going on which we can’t comprehend. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Help us to rest in the fact that You are in full control. Help those who are struggling in one way or another, amid the confusion. Guide & protect us always!

The purpose of the test is not to see what you can do on your own.
The purpose of the test is to see how much you can trust the One who never leaves you on your own.
