The serial numbers of IDs tells you when they were issued. As a government blogger, please don’t advertise to us that your parents sold a cow to take a cow to school by claiming those IDs were issued by Uhuru.

While it could be true there were individuals who may have bought IDs during Jubilee days.

The serial numbers of the documents highlighted by KTN were given during UDA administration.
