@helloitsturtle I do Bicycle crunches, shoulder taps, plank jacks, squat punches (I do them holding dumbbells, I find that helps increase my heart rate), mountain climbers, you can also go on a bicycle or rowing machine if you have them! Good luck!
Day 17/21 I've been doing lower impact HIIT exercises due to a previous ham string strain. Theres lots of different workouts to fit everyone's abilities! Just gotta keep focused, peeps!!!
