@soulsobreezy I agree that the story is ok but blizz messed up the build-up. Since the start of the expansion Liadrin story should've been that light hurts her (similar to arathor cinematic) but she follows it zealously so the final effort against kithix would be more emotional.

@NotAmberBerries Blizzard will not push retail because Forever needs the attention since it will be released next month. We'll get more info for eclipse in january most likely and december will have the new roguelite mode.

@WeavingTra24910 @BaalTheWarlock Let's stop pretending TBC had a good story lmao. Of all the expansions, TBC had the most nonsense of all and destroyed a lot of great characters and lore. Illidan was saved in Legion but the rest were done so dirty.

@MrGMYT That's because Forever is the main thing for november and december. They will start pushing eclipse in January. I'm sure The Last Titan will have an even bigger push when we see what happens at the end of Eclipse. They are afraid to show spoilers beforehand it seems.

Even in Shadowlands which is the most hated exp. even in launch day, an exp where lots of players dropped, MID COVID, and it still was the most played wow version and mmo. Forever will be popular but no way it will be played more than retail, no chance.

@sivhades Being social is not about the game but the player. I'm playing Era right now and players go through dungeons, in most cases, without saying a word aside from "inv to dungeon group" and "ty for group gl all" which is the same case for retail.

@PyromancerYT I don't think they are bad EVIL! But more like they are forces of order and they just do their stuff for the sake of their element. However, it may be that Aman'thul's mission means awry stuff for us since he probably wants to turn Azeroth into a titan now that she's awakening.

@theshenaniganza @sivhades We all dislike the lack "metal" the story has been getting but he's still the author and he undoubtedly has the right to steer it in the direction he wants until he is no more there.

SW episode 1 - 3 are horrendous yet they are canon since george lucas was all in.

@sivhades This is true to gameplay systems but Chris Metzen was the main creative force behind warcraft lore since the second game. In WoW, he, alongside Afrasiabi and Pat Nagle, were the main writers so yes, like it or not Metzen is the main author and whatever he comes up with is canon.
