@Avis @hdd557 @Avis this isn’t about the towing. Your Miami Beach team stopped me from getting the car back even though the tow company said I could with a letter. Avis refused, waited 2 days, then charged me 976 for 1 day, 673$ in unexplained fees. That’s not policy, that’s a scam.
