Ibrahim, who’s supposed to be a high ranking customer service agent wouldn’t even support and only responds with copy/pasted answers. Never using Deliveroo again!
@flydubai@askflydubai how is it fair that you charge cancellation fees (which is fine), but then KEEP the rest of the fare price as credit (not refund), even though it’s not mentioned in your terms and conditions given with my ticket? Your call centre doesn’t even care.
@askflydubai Again, in the terms and conditions it does not say that the refund is in the form of a voucher. It only says 200aed cancellation fee. That’s very deceiving to your customers.
Kindly properly refund the money back and take the cancellation fee
@askflydubai In the terms and conditions on my ticket it only says 200aed cancellation fee. I’m fine with paying that. But the rest needs to be refunded, not given as credit. Please follow the T&C on the ticket given to me and provide me a refund.

it’s truly horrible how @dutweets adds charges services without the customer’s consent and then tell them the refund is “on queue” for more than TWO MONTHS! How is this legal?!

@noon I've been running after you for weeks trying to get my invoice with the correct description to the product I bought. And you keep saying you can’t. That’s unprofessional and unethical.
