The Chief Minister’s Breakfast Scheme was originally launched in October 2023 by the former BRS government led by KCR.

Brother-in-law used to jokingly call his sister-in-law "half-wife" — but the joke reportedly backfired.

The incident is said to be from Bareilly district, Uttar Pradesh, where the brother-in-law would often tease his sister-in-law by referring to her as his "half-wife."

To teach him a lesson, the sister-in-law allegedly claimed "half" of the brother-in-law's house.

When the dispute reached court, she reportedly played a recording before the judge in which the brother-in-law could be heard calling her "half-wife."

According to the story, the judge took note of the recording. Later, the wife divorced her husband and received the remaining half of the house as alimony.

As a result, the husband was left with nothing and, allegedly, out on the street.
