@RudawEnglish Restarting production shows capability.
But in frontier markets, credibility is tested by something deeper: how consistently companies protect people, honor commitments, and address legacy obligations when environments become difficult.
@ImmigrationUS_A Thank you for keeping this visible.
DV2017–DV2021 families were processed, charged, and medically examined, only to be refused under restrictions already known to the authorities.
This deserves accountability.
@ENGIEgroup commitment to low-carbon energy is admirable.
As it partners with @dnoasa, we hope its values extend globally — especially where justice is still pending.
True sustainability requires accountability.

Driving the energy transition forward is our purpose. ENGIE is accelerating decarbonization and growing renewables in our energy mix.
➡️ 2030 goal: -55% emissions (vs. 2017)
➡️Today: -41% (since 2017)
@ENGIEgroup Impressive climate commitments. I hope similar accountability is upheld in all partnerships. Communities affected by past operations also deserve respect. #CorporateResponsibility
Commendable to see @ENGIEgroup ENGIE driving renewable energy in Egypt. Yet, as ENGIE grows partnerships globally, it’s worth recalling their partner @dnoasa has ignored a final court ruling in Yemen for over 6 years.
Progress and accountability must go together.
ENGIE has commissioned the largest wind farm in the Middle East and Africa. The 650 MW Red Sea Wind Energy project in Egypt was completed ahead of schedule and will power over 1 million homes.

While @dnoasa secures $500 million in financing and new offtake agreements, my family and I are still waiting after more than 6 years — for a final court ruling in Yemen to be honored
Growth and accountability should go hand in hand

DNO ASA entered into an offtake agreement with France’s ENGIE for DNO’s Norwegian gas production and secured a related offtake financing facility with a major U.S. bank for up to $500 million. #Norway#naturalgas#gasproduction

@MarketsDotNews Impressive financing news. Still, it’s worth remembering that DNO ASA has an unresolved final court ruling in Yemen that has remained unenforced for over 6 years. Growth and accountability must go hand in hand.
@EnergyNewsPro Impressive milestone for DNO and ENGIE. Yet, true corporate responsibility means also honoring past obligations. Six years waiting for a final court ruling to be enforced. Growth and integrity must go together.

@WorldOil This major offtake and financing deal has been reported by World Oil and other trade media outlets. However, the issue of DNO ASA’s unresolved obligations in Yemen remains absent from the conversation.

We #DIVERSITY_VISA_WINNERS_2017_2021 ✅were selected by KCC
✅Received an invitation letter for interview
✅Traveled to another country with our family & paid all the fees for interview because there is no US embassy in our country
⛔️Our visas were denied because of #Muslimban
"Hey [@AILANational/@NILC/@npnewamericans/@immcouncil I'm seeking assistance regarding Diversity Visa issues, particularly related to H.R.3548-Keeping Our Promise Act. Can you provide any guidance or resources on this matter?
Thanks in advance!

Immigration law isn’t in the same place as 2017. We are poised to see the most lawless unrestrained version of nativism in the history of this country https://t.co/Lt0rcnDrLO
@curtismorrison Ok.
But, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should not have the authority to require us to travel to another country for medical tests and charge visa issuance fees without ultimately issuing the visa due to the Muslim ban.
DV2020/DV2021 Update: Today, 11 judges of the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit have issued an order denying the petition for rehearing en banc.
Unfortunately, this is the end of the road for Gomez, Goodluck, and Rai lawsuits, and it means all DV-2020 and DV-2021 journeys are now over.
Many of our DV-2020 and DV-2021 clients have suffered greatly. You all deserve a better outcome than this. I am very sorry and sad.
