Property CAN be an asset but only when it pays you. Not when you are paying it for 35 years hoping prices go up
Be careful of the trap
This is truly bahana fiat riba'.

Dropping another tax tip!
You know the RM2,500 lifestyle relief can be claimed for reading materials.
But what you probably DON’T KNOW is that it applies to ANY reading material (physical/electronic).
As long as it’s not banned, you can claim.
Examples:
• Audiobooks on Audible
• Online subscription to The Star
• Kindle books (but not Kindle itself)
• Children’s story books (incl. e-books)
• Language learning books from Shopee
• Research reports / industry write-ups
Most people underclaim this relief not because they don’t qualify, but because they don’t realize what counts.

@luxentX An engine flush is good to use when changing oil during interval service, but shouldn't be done so often as they pose risk to seals (they bit harsher/lower pH than normal detergents in the engine oil to clean the dirty deposits). Sometimes an interval around 20k/flush is ok

A word of advice for people on the side of Palestine and humanity:
The big push to re-legitimize Israel has begun. History-faking lies and propaganda will be slammed in our faces 24/7 now, and censorship of voices and deletion of evidence will reach a peak soon. We are entering a new Middle Ages, where the Zionist Church will use all its immense power to reshape and rewrite the narrative and our collective memory. It will be brutal and relentless.
'Palestine is real and occupied, and Israel has committed a genocide' is the new 'the earth revolves around the sun, and not the other way around' (and Zionism's attempt to suppress the truth will be as successful as the Catholic Church was in censoring Galileo and heliocentrism).
What can we do to fight this?
The best way to fight Zionist propaganda (which is based on sophistry and has no concrete, defensible belief) is to never engage with its current talking point.
Instead, we should stick to simple, commonly acknowledged, irrefutable facts.
Do Palestinians still live under occupation?
Are Palestinians living in Jerusalem citizens of Israel?
Are Palestinians free to exit and reenter Gaza at will?
Is Israel still building and expanding settlements?
What are Israel's set borders according to Israel's own vision?
Specifically, as they focus on the Gaza 'peace' nonsense, pouring tons of confusion and obfuscation on it, refocus on the West Bank without losing sight of Gaza or Palestine as one indivisible political and cultural unit.
We need to develop and maintain an agenda (with legal, social media, diplomatic, and cultural implications) that is totally independent of the current PR campaign Zionism is waging.
When they try to re-legitimize, we should not follow their narrative lead into the shifting sands of contemporary Zionist yada yada. We should lead with our own story and incorruptible standards: what is the status of Palestinians now? What gives Israel the right to force a military dictatorship on them for 60 years?
Lastly, a special effort should be made to move Americans from 'I don't like my country's support for Israel, and the power Israel has over my country' to 'I need to be active and involved in righting the wrong my country helped Israel do unto the Palestinians'.
No one must be allowed neutrality on Palestine: it is the cornerstone of 21st-century human freedom. If Western and Jewish elites are allowed to wipe off an ethnic group from existence and global consciousness in this digital and connected era, then humanity, especially in the West, is doomed.
There are some athletes who are simply underrated. Tennis player Stan Wawrinka is one of them. During a 14-year period between 2006 and 2019, when men’s tennis was supposedly dominated by “the big 4”, Wawrinka won 3 Grand Slam titles, exactly the same number as Andy Murray. Yet he is rarely mentioned in the same breath as Federer, Nadal, Djokovic and Murray.
Most #badminton fans would probably name Lee Chong Wei, Viktor Axelsen, Lin Dan, and Chen Long as badminton’s equivalent “big 4” men’s singles players over the last 18 years since the start of the Superseries (SS), Grand Prix Gold (GPG) and now #WorldTour (WT) era. I’m also sure some would argue that Momota should also be in that list. Yet I suspect few would immediately think of Chou Tien Chen in that same group of players.
But in successfully defending his title at the #ArcticOpen2025, Chou joins the very exclusive club of now 5 men’s singles players who have contested a total of 40 or more SS, GPG or WT finals – Lee Chong Wei (77), Viktor Axelsen (46), Lin Dan (45), Chen Long (44) and now Chou (40).
A remarkable achievement which confirms Chou as one of the most successful when judged solely in SS/GPG/WT terms.
Not only has Chou contested at least one final every year for 15 consecutive years, but at the age of 35 he is still going strong.
He is a humanitarian who has worked as a volunteer serving food to the homeless. He is not only a cancer survivor, but he also has the physical prowess of the mythical Hercules, and he appears to draw extra strength from his deeply committed faith. He has an insatiable appetite for competition, regularly playing well over 20 tournaments each year, travelling the world with his physiotherapist and biggest supporter, the delightful Victoria Kao.
Whatever the perception, statistics tell their own story. Chou’s prolific appearances in finals without the global recognition makes him possibly one of the most underrated players in terms of SS/GPG/WT achievements. But he’s also probably one of the best athletes, and more importantly, one of the most incredible human beings in the sport of badminton.
