@bitcoindata21 Mexico has been awarded the world cup once and that was 1970. In 86 they took it on short notice as the hosts Colombia couldn't host after an earthquake. This time around they are not exclusive hosts. It's mostly USA. Doesn't quite count as being awarded a 3rd time
