@BadFilmTakes1 Series 2 of Twin peaks is, in my opinion, this intentionally painful deconstruction of classic soaps of the time. Imagining if those cheery towns with their white picket fences also had the dark and horrible truth buried under it.

@MattBunting @Tales_TimeLord There was probably at some point a discussion about printed branding materials and how they wanted to use the horizontal format. They most likely settled on the oval shape for style without looking too boxy or like a pill.
