ignoring all the vitriol here but my last manager advocated a lot for accomodating my difficulties with punctuality, and when he offered something like this, I had to refuse bc I knew I'd still be able to be late and feel infinitely worse. so few people get how exhausting ADHD is

@AmariBailey Its not just an hour late, it's being an hour late and then when someone accommodates them they can't even show up afterwards on time, even though the accomodation was for the hour they were already showing up late for. Thats just them deciding they don't want to show up.
