SSE Energy Services incapable of transferring the Feed in Tariff to me from the previous owner despite having had the correct paperwork for several months. The FIT team don’t answer emails or phone calls and Twitter team say keep trying. No ownership. Anyone else in same boat?

@dodavies @YourSSE @SSE My forms didn’t come off the system till 6 weeks after they were sent and there is a 14 week turnaround time. Not great, but at least I know. Could have been communicated to me and saved the complaint. Seems obvious!

@dodavies @YourSSE @SSE I know have someone from SSE complaints who has taken charge of this and has promised to speak to them and find out what is going on. Apparently the FIT team is not capable of calling me back, and like you I have been unable to get through on the phone. Waiting with baited breath

And finally the one I had to get, because the one I planned to get was cancelled, has been reduced to half size. So all the people who got there early now have to move, which means they dont get a seat anyway. This is a comedy @TLRailUK. How long to sort out a mess you made?
