Hi @WMmetro what fun I had with your app today. It kept telling me that “session timed out” so I kept trying to repurchase the ticket. There were no active ‘my tickets’ but somehow I had 2 emails confirming purchase, and correspondingly 2 pending transactions on by bank app.

@WolvesCouncil our recycling wasn’t collected today, and I can’t see anything on your website other than there will be no collections tomorrow because of the storm. Will there be a recycling collection before Thursday 22nd January? We can’t wait that long.
@crisis_uk I tried to make our Christmas donation to Crisis through you website, as your mailshot links were confusing. I just received confirmation that the donation was made to Red Cross. Very concerning and since you have lost my trust there will be no more donations.
Public transport. So many times I’ve had to take train because @WMmetro isn’t working. Then this morning wife trying to get to work by train couldn’t so forced to buy a 2nd tram ticket and have me drive her to it, but then couldn’t get the tram back tonight.
@WMmetro Another triumph of resilience. Incidentally, having followed staff’s instructions and walked to the bus station in the pouring rain for the 79 bus, I found out that it doesn’t go where I needed according to the driver. So I had to get a taxi. I don’t suppose you’ll refund that.
@Apple I bought a nice, new, expensive iPad. Was told in the shop I would get the education discount but looking at the receipt I was emailed, I didn’t, despite assurances given in the shop. It doesn’t sit very well. @AppleSupport
