“They loved each other like two people who understood that love is not meant to be half given or half received. It should be felt completely or not at all. There was no space for hesitation between them, only honesty, intensity, and presence. When they loved, they did it with everything they had, as if holding back would mean losing the meaning of it. It was not a quiet kind of love, but a full one, lived deeply in every moment they shared.”
@TheEmilySee@j3nnyb00m Call local high schools & donate them to their theater department! I scored a whole bunch for the works of Moliere when I was in HS from a bridal shop. Schools need costumes!
@Will428304@defense_diaries This is soooo well written Bob!!! No screaming, no name calling, just cold documented facts that anyone with a logical mind can read and understand! This is my we love you, @AlilawMotta , @Bederowlaw and Melanie Little for your breakdown of actual law & not twitter law!
My video about Katherine Loftus (NoteMyObjection) was not an attack, and I said that multiple times throughout it.
The entire point was that if you are going to present yourself as an “unapologetically honest” LawTuber, especially now stepping into interviewing witnesses in high profile cases, then transparency is of the most utmost importance to an audience. It’s not optional.. and frankly, it just comes with the territory.
When you have a family member working as a victim witness advocate in the DA’s office, and you are interviewing someone who had a very close relationship with others in that office, to the point where he was publicly calling Kerry Roberts and Jen McCabe the “best detectives around,” that is a connection worth acknowledging. Whether she thinks it’s relevant or not doesn’t really matter, because to viewers it absolutely can raise questions about bias.
Instead of just addressing it head on or even clarifying it if there was nothing there, she chose to deflect and take a dig at me, which honestly says more than anything I pointed out in the first place.
A valid question to ask: Was Molly Loftus (a victim witness advocate in the district attorneys office) ever a source for Katherine? And is this possibly a reason why a witness felt comfortable for an interview with her?
@NBC10Desk is this truly the type of person you want to call on for legal analysis?? She is vulgar and degrading to individuals that utilize programs to manage their socioeconomic situation. Unbiased is certainly not a word in this attorney’s vocabulary.
@NoteMyObjection Your comment about people sending in $5 from their SSDI check, tacky and degrading. People regardless of their socioeconomic circumstance support those they believe in. I hope @NBCBoston10 doesn’t share your sentiments since you seem to be someone the call on a lot. Shameful.
@YannettiJohnson@kreadisinnocent Well deserved sir…and so much more! I was finishing my BS in Criminal Justice/Advocacy while the #KarenRead trials were happening, & your dogged representation is what made me push through my studies! I can never thank you enough for the encouragement you gave without knowing it
