A change in seasons can have an impact on mood. It’s worth bearing this in mind. Daily miles, walking to school and active brain breaks can all help raise mood. So why not encourage pupils to take part in International Walk to School Month!
Lots of wonderful things happened for world mental health day. We fund raised for @YoungMinds by wearing yellow, selling pitta pizzas, calming caterpillars and friendship bracelets. Then our parents enjoyed making self soothing boxes and we gave staff a little treat!
