@JetBlue Update of the BOS to SLC flight 35 minutes later still sitting at the gate. Pilot telling us very little, The bag car things are still surrounding our plane. Everyone is restless, at this rate not going to make it to SLC til probably 3:00 am. Never flying jetBlue again.

@JetBlue I arrived at the airport at 2 pm for a 7:02 flight, it is now 11:00 pm and we are sitting on the ground at the gate 45 minutes and the ground crew just brought over more bags. we are scheduled to land in SLC at 2:00 am. I hope you know how frustrating this is. Do better
