I can’t seem to internet chat or call via the website.

We had an airport transfer due an hour ago and it’s still not here . The journey is 2 hours away and our flight is in 3 hours.

Can someone please help me with a refund request . My first train got cancelled so I missed my connecting and had to buy a new ticket and there is no way of refunding my ticket

@EalingCustSer we have just walked through Walpole park to get home because a gate was open and every other gate was shut so we couldn’t get out of the park

Why has this happened ? If you are closing the gates you need signs and not to keep one gate open

That is so unsafe
