@marksandspencer big up Sharon at Aylesford store, went to collect a delivery with my 2 yr old, it was huge boxes I couldn’t manage alone easily. She got me a trolley, with a baby seat, loaded it up for me & did all the return process on an extra item I’d accidentally ordered.

@Tesco just had the nicest delivery driver bring my shopping, think his name was Jordan! Super happy positive friendly bloke, very patient when the bleach exploded and my 16 month old wanted to help carry the green tray and told me all about recipes he likes to cook ☺️

@British_Airways flight from Ibiza to Gatwick on 29th June was cancelled and rebooked for tomorrow. Today the rescheduled flight has been cancelled too and not offered a flight until Friday. Why does this keep happening?!

@British_Airways Operational reason being there was no pilot lol BA have been an absolute shambles and customer service was next level atrocious especially considering I had very young children with me. Will be writing a formal complaint and claiming our expenses.
