Using #SAS Proc Phreg, I've performed an unweighted and weighted (IPTW) survival analysis. Analysis is censored at 30 days. The unweighted CIF that is output goes to 30 days. The weighted CIF (code the same except for weight statement) cuts...

Yes, I suppose the CIF shouldn't jump if there are no more events, even if there continue to be competing events.

My apartment building requires 60 days notice if I'm to move out (i.e. not renew my lease). We'll hit that 60 day mark in about 3 weeks. So why have they not given me my renewal offer yet? Why don't I get 60 days if they get 60 days? Oh to be a tenant.
