Have you ever taken out a loan from a bank?

I’m working on something to actually quantify where deals get painful between borrowers and lenders.

The process & communication are broken, but I want to know exactly WHAT.

Where does it break?
– Communication gaps
– Endless document back-and-forth
– Deals are slowing down for no clear reason

Instead of just complaining about it (which we all do), I want real data behind it.

This is a super quick, anonymous survey to map out where the friction actually lives so it can be fixed.
