Our ongoing Meet-the-People engagements in the Coast region today took us to R.G. Ngala grounds in Mvita Constituency where we held a vibrant interaction with residents on the issues that matter most to them. We listened firsthand to the aspirations, concerns and priorities of the people as we continue working together to accelerate inclusive development and improve livelihoods.

I was joined by my Cabinet colleague H.E. @Waziri_Mvurya (Cabinet Secretary for Youth Affairs, Creative Economy and Sports) and Mombasa Governor H.E. Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir as we reaffirmed our shared commitment to providing political direction and strengthening the region's unity and inclusivity as the foundation for accelerated and sustainable development.

The discussions focused on strengthening infrastructure, expanding economic opportunities, empowering the youth and enhancing service delivery while underscoring the importance of sustained public participation in shaping our development agenda.

Also present were Mvita Member of Parliament Hon. Mohamed Soud Machele, Mombasa Senator Hon. Mohammed Faki and Principal Secretary Fikirini Jacobs among other leaders.
