@ChrisMartin1961 @tracy477 Hi. I had both knees replaced within 4 months. Ice is key and I see you have the machine. It really does get easier. Keep on top of the prescribed pain meds, if you need them. I took Tylenol and Motrin at the same time. As well, do your exercises. Good luck!
