@AmericanExpress I'm told from your partner company Credit One of my Credit One American Express Amex card not being able to be used for any peer to peer transactions or mobile wallets is due to your not letting any customers have these options with this card.

Errors in your system left a disabled mother of two with no food, no one to help, your agents say wait 7 days. It's been 7 days already. Family left with nothing and customer service doesn't care. I am disgusted by such lack of concern for us.

Credit One Amex card is not able to add to ANY digital wallet of ANY kind, nor able to use for peer to peer transfers online. I am disabled, don't drive, cannot get to an ATM to obtain an advance. Need to transfer funds and this card doesn't allow it!
