District Councillor Fleco Mo reports that Tony Chung from the disbanded group Student Localism was just arrested for incitement of secession.
Mo also reports that state security officers searched Chung’s home. This, if true, is the first arrest made by the NatSec Office.

Activist Fleco Mo Kai-hong, in a post on Facebook, says Tony Chung of the now disbanded Studentlocalism group has been arrested for violating the state security law. Few details at the moment, no official announcement, seems like it will be a developing story through the night.
