@TfL pls tell me how can you get away with there being a 10 min gap between east bound tube trains at Edgware Road (circle/Ham&city) to Kings Cross at 17:05hrs on weekdays regularly. Something is wrong. The other direction is ok at 7am - every 2 mins knitted with met line.

@GNRailUK Are you going to answer my question? That it is NOT a safety issue (with announcement) then why you let your staff get shouty if an onboard announcement will do like at cambridge? Totally unnecessary!! You can’t stop people getting on 8 carriages all at once!

@GNRailUK what is the protocol for coupling trains please? Are passengers allowed to be on them or not? Your staff are inconsistent in their direction at KGX. Often the 17:39 12 carriage formation needs coupling and yesterday, the staff were shouting to stop people getting on 🤷🏻‍♀️

@GNRailUK So it’s not a safety issue then - just make the announcement on board then likes of KGX station staff Jaqueline (today) doesn’t have to get shouty! First time this happened since my first tweet. It appears staff forget/training insufficient?

@GNRailUK Also you let passengers stand on services which goes fast and can be super bumpy. Nearly went flying on the 07:03 from LET to KGX this morning so I had to sit on the floor. That’s unsafe with lots of jolting at high speed - lot worse than coupling/decoupling!

@GNRailUK Yesterday no problem, today a problem. Do you get everyone off the train at cambridge when you decouple the last 4 carriages of train going to kings Lynne? Then get them all back onboard? Is cambridge safe and King’s Cross not? Inconsistent?

@GNRailUK what is the protocol for trains coupling please? Can passengers be on train or not? Your staff are inconsistent in their approach with KGX 17:39 to Kings Lynn. Surely it can’t be unsafe as long as doors are shut? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@DanCare25480554 @GNRailUK I got my taxi fare refunded from Thameslink customer service from Luton to Letchworth (when no trains on GN route) as well as cost of train ticket refunded by emailing them the invoice from taxi company. May have to get as far as poss tho. [email protected]
