I’m thankful for new followers, but I am an activist for democracy and post info on Democrat candidates to flip the US House, increase our numbers in the Senate, and elect Harris/Walz in 2024. And also warn of the dangers working against us. My vetting is pretty strict. Holy Shyte our politics took a jerky turn this week when Doug Jones announced he was running for Alabama Governor.

Here is my opinion - why the fawk did he wait until now to announce when there are 3 candidates that have been campaigning for months….MONTHS.

I’m a boomer, but I firmly believe (always have) that we don’t need lifelong politicians. What we need are younger candidates that aren’t tied to the old political establishment.

Doug Jones has done some good for Alabama and the nation. But, if you look deeper, he is an old school moderate. Not what we need is our current political environment.

We need fresh younger people who understand that our environment, marginalized communities, and blue collar workers are being ignored by “life time politicians”.

It is last time for us to let the next generations move us forward in Alabama.

@willboydforAL has a platform that is innovative and forward thinking. He has specific plans on how he can serve all Alabamians and provide the best for all of us.

I may be a year older than Doug Jones, but I know our future, our children’s and grandchildren’s futures is best done through younger progressive candidates.

I’ve lived in South Carolina my whole damn life. Born here, raised here, never left. And let me tell you, not one single person around here is talking about Trump or any “great” thing he’s done. Not a peep. There aren’t Trump flags flying on porches, no red MAGA hats bobbing around at the gas station, no T-shirts, no bumper stickers, no nothing. It’s like the man’s a ghost. I see none of it. Zero. Zilch.

My family members – the ones who voted for that guy not once, not twice, but three damn times – are over him. Done. Finished. They’re not whispering his name in awe or arguing about his “genius” at the dinner table anymore. They’re just… checked out. I’m talking about folks who used to blast Trump’s speeches on the TV like it was gospel. Now? They don’t even bring him up. It’s like he never existed.

Drive through any small town in South Carolina – from the Lowcountry marshes to the Upstate hills – and you’ll see what I mean. No signs. No banners. No one’s yelling about “making America great” at the Waffle House or the county fair. Trump isn’t just weak and dwindling; his supporters don’t give a rat’s ass anymore. It’s dead quiet out here, and for a guy who loved all the noise, that’s gotta sting. What a sad day it is to be an Orange piece of fat, fading into nothing in a state that used to eat it up.
