I’ve had this same problem before, and was told it was an error that I had to provide these documents, but it keeps happening. I also don’t understand why I get notifications about self assessment when I no longer live in the UK. My registered address should make that clear.

@HMRCcustomers I keep getting notifications about self assessment, but it’s been nearly 3 years since I moved back to the Netherlands. And when I want to log in, I need to provide documents I don’t have as a non-UK citizen. How can I get back in please?

@p__w @SportvisserijNL @waarneming Bedankt, Patrick! Ik dacht destijds dat het een snoek was, maar die tekening is inderdaad wel wat mysterieus... Maar die ontbrekende rugvin is toch wel een sterk argument voor de snoek. Helaas zijn de foto’s niet al te best en levert meer inzoomen weinig op.

@HMRCcustomers Hi Hasham, where can I find the paper return? And what third party software exists for this? I do want to say that I find it very strange that I just want to pay my due taxes and cannot log in to my existing account because I don't live in the UK anymore and am not British.

@HMRCcustomers Hi, before I can do my self-assessment online, I need to verify my identity with either UK passport or P60 form. I don’t have a UK passport, and as I’m self-employed I don’t think I can get P60 form. Could you please advise? Thanks!

@HMRCcustomers Hi Hasham, I don't think I have any. I tried logging in to my HMRC using https://t.co/gYjNGRpGBP Verify and Barclays, but I don't have a UK address anymore, and then the screen on the attached picture appears. What should I do now?
